Women and Youth Supporting Each Other is governed by a national board of directors. The WYSE board consists of volunteers who dedicate significant time and energy to leading the organization at the national level. Experience in WYSE is not required to serve on the national board.

WYSE's internship program has engaged mentors and alumni across many branches nationwide. The Board invites all WYSEwomen and mentors to apply for virtual, flexible internships on an ongoing basis. This is a great way for WYSEwomen to get more involved in WYSE, learn about WYSE's National Movement, and gain professional experience in a variety of fields at the same time.
