Board Of Directors
Melissa Ghoston has been affiliated with WYSE since 1999 when she started her freshman year at Stanford University. She served for three years as a WYSE branch director at Stanford and she joined the National Board of Directors in 2005. Over the past four years, she has assisted in locating WYSE alumnae, supporting current branch programming. She earned her degree in Urban Studies in 2003, and she currently works as Director of Volunteer and External Relations for The Free Medical Clinic of Greater Cleveland, one of that nation’s oldest and largest free clinics providing quality health care at no cost to the uninsured community. She is also on the Board of Directors for the ACLU of Ohio, and she is an active mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters. WYSE has been a passion of hers for the past ten years, and she is pleased to serve, shape, and represent such a wonderful organization that empowers young women to make responsible decisions and create community change. Linda Kim graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in Accounting. She is a CPA who currently works at the California State University system in its financial reporting department. Despite having an accounting background, Linda spends her free time actively writing and volunteering with high school students. She joined WYSE in Spring 2011. |
