The NRO provides a consistent communication network, resources and trainings through phone and email consultation, bimonthly newsletters, annual site-visits, and an annual National Leadership Training Conference. It is also responsible for updating the WYSE curriculum, evaluating our programmatic impact, and maintaining the continuity of each branch as student Directors transition from college. It is made up of three full-time staff members-an Executive Director, Programs Coordinator and Development/Administrative Coordinator-all dedicated to strengthening the futures and communities of women and girls.
